We do not, have not and will not sell or share any information collected as a result of your visit to our web site. This includes email address, mailing address or buying history. We reserve the right to contact you regarding an order placed and once completed will not contact you again unless you indicate you wish to receive future e-mails or mailings specific to certain collectible products. We might occasionally issue an email newsletter. We will send you this newsletter, unless you specifically request not to receive it. If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, send an email to coolstuff@declarks.com and write "Unsubscribe Newsletter" in the subject line of the message.

We do not store or record any sensitive personal information including your address or credit card number on this web site.

Selling Policy

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will also ship with check or money order in advance. See policy statement below for special orders.

Mail Order Returns & Refund Policy

We will refund you the entire purchase price for any reason of any UNUSED item in new condition still in the original manufacturers box and packaging (excluding special orders, Hallmark Keepsake ornaments or Ty products.) Simply pack the item up in the original shipping carton with the original packing materials and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (ie. credit card or check). You are still responsible for the freight charges (if any) both to you and back to us.  All freight charges will be credited if the mistake was ours. In the event of a defective product, we reserve the right to determine whether to ship a replacement item or issue a full refund.

No returns or exchanges allowed on Beanie Babies or other Ty products. All sales of Beanie Babies and Beanie Buddies are final.
