Selling Policy

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will also ship with check or money order. See policy statement below for special orders.

Mail Order Returns & Refund Policy

We will refund you the entire purchase price for any reason of any UNUSED item in new condition still in the original manufacturers box and packaging (excluding special orders and Hallmark Keepsake ornaments). Simply pack the item up in the original shipping carton with the original packing materials and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (ie. credit card or check). You are still responsible for the freight charges (if any) both to you and back to us. All freight charges will be credited if the mistake was ours. In the event of a defective product, we reserve the right to determine whether to ship a replacement item or issue a full refund.

Special Orders

Although we carry tens of 1000's of items in our inventory at all times, we don't carry everything every manufacturer makes. We can special order items currently available from most of the companies we represent as long as that item is not an allocated limited edition or unavailable for any other reason.

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to place a special order for an item that we do not normally carry in our inventory. The special order item must meet the manufacturer's minimum order policies or it will be delayed until we are ready to place a larger order with that manufacturer. It must also be packed in ones - we can't order 6 or 12 of an item that we don't normally stock so you may purchase one. Please call us for further information or to place a special order.
